Mutual consent to connect
No one can message you unless you both chose to match. Showing interest is the only way to get noticed - and it's always your call to accept.
Blocking works both ways
When you block a creator they disappear from your discovery feed, Interested list and matches immediately. Neither of you can like, match or message the other. Existing chats are closed to new messages.
Report in seconds
Report spam or scams, impersonation, harassment, inappropriate content or misleading profile information. Reports go to our moderation team, who can review accounts and suspend them when needed.
Private by default
Your email address, account status and any moderation notes are never shown on your public profile. Other creators see only what you put on your profile.
We never ask for your Instagram login
You add your Instagram username and public link yourself. Collabro will never ask for your Instagram password, cookies or session - anyone who does isn't us.
Honest profiles
Follower counts are self-reported and labelled that way. We don't fabricate verification badges or stats. Misleading profile info can be reported.
Staying safe when you meet up to create
- • Keep early planning inside Collabro chat until you're comfortable.
- • Meet in public places for in-person shoots and tell a friend where you'll be.
- • Agree on credit, posting dates and usage before you film.
- • Never send money, passwords or verification codes to another creator.
- • If something feels off, block and report - we'll take it from there.
