Collabro is built around one idea: creators should only connect when the interest goes both ways.
Step 1
Build your creator profile
Tell other creators who you are: display name, a unique Collabro username, your Instagram handle and public link, niche, city, languages, self-reported follower count and the collabs you're up for.

- Follower counts are labelled self-reported
- We never ask for your Instagram password
Step 2
Discover one creator at a time
Your feed is ranked by a simple, explainable score: shared niche, compatible collab goals, common languages and nearby location. Filter by niche, location, language, follower range or collab type.
- Swipe left to Pass, right for Interested
- Every swipe has an equivalent button
- Profiles you've decided on don't keep reappearing
Step 3
Review who's interested in you
Your Interested tab shows creators who tapped Interested on you. View their public profile, then accept or decline. Declines are private.
- Only likes appear - passes are never shown
- No private details before a match
- Declined interest leaves your list
Step 4
Match on mutual interest
Accept an incoming interest and you're matched. Each pair of creators can only ever have one match, so there are no duplicate threads.
- Exactly one match per pair
- Matches list shows niche and match date
- Open their profile any time
Step 5
Plan the collab in chat
A private one-to-one chat opens for every match. Pitch the idea, pick a date, swap handles for the Collab post - then go make it.
- Only the two of you can read it
- Blocking ends the conversation for both
- Report anything that feels off
Pass or Interested?
Two choices, clear outcomes.
Pass
Removes the creator from your feed. They're never notified and nothing appears on their side.
Interested
You appear in their Interested list. If they accept, you match and your chat opens.
